Policies & Forms
Guest groups must have a health form with them for each individual retreat participant. While Timber-lee staff do not collect the forms, we do provide a complimentary health form for you to use.
Upon your arrival to Timber-lee, your host will provide the welcome and orientation; help familiarize you and your group with camp, and work to meet all your needs throughout your stay.
Prior to your trip to Timber-lee we recommend reviewing all camp expectations with the students, staff and chaperones that will be participating in your camp experience. The following is some important information your group should be aware of.
Please show respect for Timber-lee's mission (click here for our Statement of Faith), staff, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Students must be under adult supervision at all times while on camp grounds. This includes time spent at meals, recreation time, and during programs/classes.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Make sure all trash is deposited in garbage cans.
Other groups, besides yours, may be on camp grounds, please be respectful to each other. Quiet camp hours are 11pm-7am.
No pets, alcohol, or firearms/fireworks are allowed on Timber-lee grounds. Smoking is only permitted outside and away from buildings.
We will do our best to make your trip the best possible experience for you, your group, and chaperones. This success depends not only on our staff but also yours. Please inform the students of what is expected of them while here at camp. Our goal and yours is for your trip to be fun, positive, and rewarding. Let's work together to accomplish this goal.
