Greetings from Timber-lee!

Years go by quickly and summer will soon be here to prove it! At Timber-lee we are preparing for another great season of camping and would love for you to be involved. There are a lot of new offerings in this brochure, so be sure to check out everything that applies to the youth in your family.
For Summer 2008 we are really looking forward to our focus on “The Journey”. We will be taking a close look at how Jesus walked and what it means to walk with Him through our individual journeys of life. God has given us many things to help along the way – His Word, His Son, and His people – and all of those things are present here at camp.
There is no better place for a young person to experience the love of Jesus in a real way than at Timber-lee. Our college age counselors have been selected and trained specifically to model a life transformed by the Holy Spirit, and each camper has the opportunity to communicate, interact and bond with these young adults who love them and love Jesus.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you and your youth in this way!

New This Year

Financial Aid Available

Thanks to the support and generosity of Timber-lee donors, there are funds available to those who would not otherwise be able to afford a camp experience for their children. These need based gifts can be applied for by completing and submitting a financial needs form. The form is available for download HERE or can be requested from our registration office at 262.642.7345.

Trailrides

Campers in any classic camp program, with a minimum age of 9, have the option of adding horseback rides to their week. Enjoy riding a horse through the beautiful wooded Timber-lee trails guided by our staff wranglers. Trail rides are geared towards riders who love horses, but don’t necessarily want the structure of a classroom lesson. Each ride consists of a one hour session. New for 2008, 2 ride or 5 ride options. Each option will include instruction on the first ride of the week.

High Ropes

Timber-lee’s double-decker obstacle course provides participants the opportunity to safely push their limits at 22’ and 33’ above the ground! Supervised and lead by highly trained staff, campers are encouraged to grow by going outside of their comfort zone with this adrenaline packed activity. All junior classic campers will each have a one hour high ropes introductory experience as a part of their camp week activities. Junior High and Senior High Classic Campers may choose to take part in a two-hour advanced session for an additional $14.

Paintball

Don’t miss the opportunity to paintball here at Timber-lee. Facilitated by professionals, our speedball course and wooded course will challenge even the most experienced of individuals. Paintball is available during Senior High Classic Camp only for an additional fee of $35. Sign-up includes all equipment and 500 rounds of paint. Campers may bring their own equipment and we will keep it safe until it is needed for use.
