Camp Timber-lee’s Outdoor Education (OE) Program takes place at Camp Timber-Lee in East Troy, Wisconsin. It’s a hands-on educational experience that blends science, adventure, and personal growth—year-round.

Camp Timber-Lee is a place where students experience personal life making it a meaningful and transformative setting in Wisconsin.

Learning by Doing: Experiential Science

Students explore God’s creation through hands-on learning and interactive lessons in ecology, biology, and earth science. Programs are tailored by age and curriculum standards, making learning active, fun, and memorable.

Immersive Outdoor Environments

From prairie walks to animal encounters at the Nature Center, Timber-lee turns 600 acres into a giant outdoor classroom. Campers don't just learn about the world—they experience it.

Professional Educators + Faith-Based Integration

Each OE instructor combines academic training with a heart for ministry. Lessons incorporate Christian worldview touchpoints, connecting science with Scripture in every subject.

Customized Programs for Schools and Groups

Schools, homeschool networks, and churches partner with Timber-lee to create carefully planned, tailored overnight or day-long experiences that align with each group’s needs. Flexibility and customization ensure every group meets their learning goals.

Leadership, Teamwork & Confidence

Beyond academics, OE programs offer students the opportunity to develop a deeper personal relationship with Jesus and connect with others in a meaningful way. Students build confidence through rock climbing, group challenges, and problem-solving activities—all under the guidance of Christian mentors.

Why Timber-lee’s Outdoor Education Changes Lives

This is more than “school outside.” It’s a chance to grow in knowledge, faith, and friendship in an environment that’s both wild and welcoming.
