YOU SPEND YOUR LIFE POURING INTO OTHERS.
COME BE POURED INTO.
A retreat for youth pastors to rest, reconnect, and be renewed.
March 8–10, 2027
Camp Timber-lee · East Troy, Wisconsin
HELLO WORLD
WHO PASTORS THE PASTOR?
You spend your days caring for people.
You answer the questions.
You carry the burdens.
You make the decisions.
You teach God's Word.
You show up when someone needs you.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you're supposed to find time to take care of yourself, too.
But when was the last time someone created space for you to simply rest?
The Pastors Retreat at Camp Timber-lee is a place to step away from the demands of ministry and spend a few days being cared for—not as a leader, but as a person.

Rest
Step away from the noise.
No sermon to prepare.
No meeting to run.
No congregation waiting on you.
Just space to breathe, slow down, get outside, and enjoy being somewhere you don't have to be "on."
connect
Find people who get it.
Ministry can be surprisingly lonely.
Spend time with other youth pastors and ministry leaders who understand the pressures, joys, frustrations, and questions that come with serving the church.
Come as strangers.
Leave with people you can call.
renew
Be poured into for a change.
Make space to reconnect with God and remember what He's called you to.
Through teaching, conversation, worship, recreation, and unhurried time, you'll have opportunities to step back, reflect, and be encouraged.
You spend your life feeding others. Come be fed.
